REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To complete your request for a refund, return or exchange of any of our products, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If our policy coverage has lapsed for your purchased items, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange for any reason. Sexing errors are exempt from this guarantee. Conditions apply.
Deposits placed on products at The Jungle Vault are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Live Animal purchases are covered for 48 HOURS.
In the rare circumstance that a reserved animal may no longer be available for sale due to health concerns, death, or otherwise, the option for a full refund or selection of another animal will be made available.
The Jungle Vault will exchange improperly sexed animals free of charge; this does not include animals listed as "possible male or female" or unsexed babies. The buyer must prove the animal's sex before we can make arrangements for an exchange. Shipping for the exchange is at the buyer's expense.
Dry Good purchases are covered for 14 DAYS.
You may return unopened merchandise within 14 days for an exchange.
The Buyer will pay all shipping costs on item returns. The Jungle Vault will only pay return shipping on defective products after being inspected and deemed faulty. The Jungle Vault will also pay for the shipping on the replacement products.
The manufacturers handle all warranties.
All returns must be within 14 days and must be unopened and new. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org before you make a return.
We can not be responsible for damaged or lost returns. Used products will not be considered as a return, and no exchanges nor refunds will be granted for these items.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with incorrect addresses. If the item is returned to us due to an error on our end, it will be sent out immediately with no additional fees.
Any live animal being replaced or exchanged must be returned at the buyer’s own expense unless otherwise agreed upon before a replacement is provided. We only replace damaged or defective items. All live animal exchanges are on a case-by-case basis, please contact us to see if you're eligible for an exchange. Live plants are final sale.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Refunds will be returned to you through your original method of payment unless agreed upon otherwise. Please be aware that refunds through credit cards may take some time.
If you haven’t received a credit card refund yet, first recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Refunds processed through EMT and PayPal will be handled accordingly.
All refunds will receive an invoice depicting the returned funds.
